Jackie is an award-winning Leadership Coach & HR Consultant, Adler Certified Professional Coach, Master Tilt Certified Coach, Certified Tilt Laser Coach, and Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph in Sociology and has completed advanced programming in Adult Education and Human Resources.
As a mom of 4, Jackie loves spending downtime with family and friends and keeping active with her golden retriever Reggie. She embraces life and leadership with curiosity, passion, energy & imperfection and lives by the motto: transformation is an inside-out job.
Annie Gaudreault is the founder of VEEV Health & Wellness, a wellness coach who has overcome significant health challenges including a genetic disease and family mental illness. A strong, confident, and inspirational wellness guide, Annie works privately with women executives, as well as conducts corporate wellness programs to lead individuals to their peak performance.
A prior 25+ year career as a brand consultant, working with executives of Fortune 500 companies, gave Annie a solid foundation to serve the wellness needs of women living busy lives.
A long-distance endurance athlete, Annie is a three-time Ironman® finisher, a Boston marathon finisher, as well as a certified personal trainer. At 45 she did a complete transformation and became a holistic nutritionist and a women’s health coach. She is a regular speaker to the media (Breakfast Television, Thrive Global) on topics of nutrition and women's health. She lives in Toronto with her partner and is a devoted aunt, passionate cook and self professed health science geek.
